Rates: Certified Trainer Jean Moore - 4-week Training Program (based on group of 2-5 people) $215 per person. The 4-Week Program includes: Two 40-minute sessions per week with trainer for 4 weeks Free Consultation o Nine point caliper assessment o Bioimpedance scale measurement o Girth measurements beginning and end of session o 1-time complementary food suggestions based off of goals and current physical state Free basic gym membership for the 4-weeks (trade for Unlimited Class Pass for only $15 extra per person or upgrade to unlimited membership for only $35 per person).
