The 4-Week Program includes: Two 40-minute sessions per week with trainer for 4 weeks o You can also opt for One 80-minute session for the same price. You can do in-person coaching and training, or you can do online coaching or a combination! Our personal trainer will work with you by phone, Zoom, or whatever works best for you in order to get in the best shape of your life! Rates: Rates are same as personal or group training rates.
