Inclusion Fitness is a 24-hour gym that has fitness options for everyone, managed by Marla Bradley and Jean Moore. At Inclusion Fitness, Marla and Jean’s goal is to have everyone feel included by providing a wide range of classes, equipment, personal training, and by always offering great service.Inclusion Fitness provides a gym with cardio equipment and weight machines, including treadmills, elliptical machines, stationary bikes, spin bikes, and a plethora of weight lifting options. They also offer a variety of fitness classes including weight training spinning, aerobics, and personal training. Inclusion Fitness is the premiere location for competition body building and physique training. Along with their other equipment Inclusion Fitness also offers a stand-up tanning bed, an aerobics and dance room with mirrors and ballet barres, 2 dressing rooms, bathrooms with showers.Jean Moore is the certified personal trainer, spinning instructor, and membership coordinator at Inclusion Fitness. Jean is the head gymnastics instructor at Inclusion Dance and is thrilled to be a part of this new business with Marla. Jean values fitness as a lifestyle, stating “Throughout my life I have fallen in and out of fitness, but I am always the happiest when I have fitness in my life on a daily basis,” Jean would like to share this happiness with others in the community.Marla Bradley is the owner of both Inclusion Fitness and Inclusion Dance. She is the website and marketing coordinator and does many of the day-to-day tasks at the gym. Marla has had an incredible weight loss journey and has recently lost 155lbs through diet and exercise. Marla has inspired many and was very excited to share her love of fitness when the opportunity to run this fitness center approached her.
